Our Diocesan Retreat Center Apostolate

Immaculate Heart Retreat Center, located in picturesque solitude south of the city of Spokane, is a restful place to “pray and ponder”.  Many are drawn to the retreat center to make an organized retreat, share a day of recollection, hold a corporate meeting or just take personal time to pray and renew themselves with Christ.

The Sisters of Mary, Mother of the Church lovingly minister at the center in a variety of ways as we team with retreat center staff and volunteers in the following ministries:

• Retreat Program Development
• Hospitality                                                    
  
• Cooking                                                                                                        
  
• Housekeeping
• Spiritual Talks and Encouragement

Ours is a ministry of prayer and presence as our retreat center guests take the opportunity to receive the graces to grow closer to Christ and return to their homes renewed in faith.
