Sisters Begin New Apostolic Works in Spokane Diocese 

          Like the Church, our religious community’s focus is one of evangelization.  The sense of mission is at the very heart of our consecrated life.

           In  2008, the Sisters of Mary, Mother of the Church began their new apostolates in the Spokane diocese.  In 2009, our daily duties include positions at Immaculate Heart Retreat Center and St. Charles Parish and School.   Additionally, the sisters will continue visiting the elderly and infirm.  The sisters will continue to engage in varied works of prayer and presence through speaking engagements and music ministry. 

             One special apostolate is the Sodality , a newly established - student founded, adult moderated - youth group within the Saint Charles School family in Spokane. 

            In all we say and do we endeavor to be Mary’s image in the world – her loving heart, her face, her hands and voice – to all our brothers and sisters in Christ. Please join us with your prayers for the spiritual success of our apostolates, that we may bring many of our spiritual children to know, love and serve God!
